I agree with what is happening here though -- the Agency is doing their job by enforcing the laws that it's supposed to enforce. It's not a question of right or wrong here, it's a question of what the law is. Until either the legislature changes the law, or the judicial system gives them better guidance, they'll follow this course.

I guarantee you though, these folks, in the end will not be sent home.

They should be sent home. This is actually old news but they should be sent either home or to England, or at least have England compensate our government for this.
