Low/No Fat Cheeses

Does it taste a lot different than regular cheeses?

I really like Kraft's 2% shredded cheese. It doesn't taste that different to me at all. I also like Borden's 2% sliced cheese.

Lowfat cheese tastes fine to me, but fat free is just gross.

Agreed. The 2% stuff is normal. The lowfat cheese is almost transparent which I think is very strange.

I am a big fan of Jarlsberg Swiss cheese. Jarlsberg Light tastes OK, although I much prefer the texture of the regular.

The fat free is ok sometimes. I like the Fat Free American for grilled cheese sandwiches.
