LGLOs at your school?
Bored at work, so I decided to start a new threat.
I'm just wondering how many of you have LGLO chapters at your school? If yes, which campus are you on, and which organization(s) do you have there? Do you co-sponsor activities together?
Just curious about GCers experiences with LGLOs, so feel free to share!

We have Alpha Psi Lambda co-ed Latin fraternity here @ Kent. I believe it's the Kappa chapter (established in 1997).
They are part of Black & Latino Greek Council.

I'm sure you already knew this, but Georgetown has chapters of Lambda Upsilon Lambda (Georgetown, GW, American) and Lambda Pi Chi) Georgetown and American.
Above-ground pledging was very commonplace there, since the university didn't recognize it.
I know with certainty that they cosponsored parties, meet the greeks forums, and an all-greek barbecue that started last year. I don't know about programs or service projects, though.

at University of North Texas we have:
3 sororities:
Chi Upsilon Sigma
Lambda Theta Alpha
Sigma Lambda Gamma
and 2 fraternities:
Lambda Theta Phi
Sigma Lambda Beta
All of the LGC IFC NPC and NPHC groups do greek week, and I know of some sororities from different councils that do mixers/dinners.
One woman from Lambda Theta Alpha was telling me she wanted to set up a picnic for the 'firsts' between them, us and AKA. i thought it was a cool idea.

I know I already know, but it helps for those that are not in the know.
LOL, in case you can't tell, I'm VERY bored at work today.

Does that mean your school doesn't have rules against hazing, etc.? I know of several schools that don't recognize greeks at all, but I always assumed they would be stricter on above ground pledging rather than more lenient.
