There is also a presentation on a disk Bid Matching Made Easy which is available through NPC which is very thorough.

The disk also has a bid matching workshop that helps people really get the process. It is $10 at the NPC website.

you can you use this to send files... the link it gives you can be shared w/ more people than you wrote in for the email address... just send it to your own email address and then you can share that link, it does have a bandwith allotance though at a certain point, but it requires a decent amount of downloads of that file before you need to worry about it
