I just lost a pearl from a ring I bought at Convention. Trouble is, I bought it off the display, and was given a discount for that. Do you think a warranty still applies? Should I contact Burr, Patterson & Auld in the morning? Thanks

Most definitely get in touch with the company. The very worst thing they could tell you is that you bought it "as is". And, as member of a sorority, they know that you will tell everyone far and wide that Burr, Patterson & Auld does not stand by their products!

You're in a win-win situation!

Update: I called Burr Patt today, and they said that they're going to reset it for me. However, it'll take a few weeks because of all the conventions that are going on. I'm going to think about it before sending it back.

If it is a seed pearl, going to a Jeweler locally will cost a bunch.

If they agree, then send back to them.

At a jeweler, it can cost @35 and up.

I wish LXA had Burr Pat Back. Masters of Design are not near as good!

Do you have a web site or phone number for them?????????
