When her first single came out I was really feeling her. Now she's just kinda faded away.

she's re-releasing her cd that will include her new single "boys and girls"
i feel like her new song isn't nearly as punkish as her first one....i think she's given into the pop sensation

I liked her better when she was the Black Avril Lavigne. Now that she's doing this whole 80s pop princess thing, she bores me.

Agreed. I bought her first album because it was more "punky". I saw her video for her new single last night and I didn't like the pop sound/feeling at all.

Her new song sounds way too Madonna ('cuse me, Esther) circa 1982...not that I don't like it, just that I'd rather hear the actual Madonna songs.
Other than that, she's just "okay".
