survival of the fittest. if they're that dumb, they either need to evolve or go extinct

Some of them clearly aren't diving into the asphalt. They will carry the torch from here on out.

I've always been amazed with birds' ability to avoid oncoming cars (unlike armadillos). Perhaps they already have evolved?

I thought I saw a pelican fly past my 2nd story office window yesterday and since I'm smack in the middle of the desert along the interstate road, I thought I was just seeing thing ... then I read this article and thought .. well maybe I did see a pelican....

Unfortunately, the pelican's aren't going to find a lot of fish this time of year around Tucson.

Maybe they're delivering really annoying, crying babies, and decided to commit suicide.
