Too young to have cancer

One year after I lost a good friend and Brother to colon cancer (who was only 30 when he died), I find out that one of my pledge Brothers was diagnosed with brain cancer in December.

People in their 30's should not be dying of cancer. It's just so unfair.

Just needed to "vent."

Sorry to crash! I am sorry for your loss and bad news. I agree tho. That is so messed up.

I lost a Beta sister 6.5 weeks ago to brain cancer. She just turned 41 and left behind 3 young boys, a 9 year old and twin 7 year olds. She has never said an unkind word to anyone. It just ain't fair.

Hang in there and be there for your brother

Hugs coming at cha!

/end crash

I'm sorry to hear that, both of you.

A fellow alumnus passed away of brain cancer herself a few years back. She was no more than 24.

Stay strong.
