Alias Season 3 premier

Okay, who watched it? What did you think?

Peace? For real? Peace? Nah, Uncle Arvin, I don't think so!

No more Kendall!!! Happy dancing time, whoo hooo!

More Dixon and more Weiss! More happy dancing! Marshall's going to be a father, can you even imagine?

What's The Covenant, and what part did Sydney play in it during the past two years? Can you even imagine the flashbacks she's going to have once her memory is restored, if it's restored, if it's even really Syd now?

Best line: "I was (dead), but I'm not anymore."

Runner up: Syd's 'closure' speech to Vaughn. Hee hee, and I'm such a serious Syd/Vaughn shipper...now that was some serious good stuff.

Evil Uncle Arvin gone all Peacenik? Sheah. Right. And Gary Coleman's going to be the next Governor of California.

Did Marshall sniff SpyBarbie's hair when he hugged her? Oh, and hee! to the bickering about the wedding. Double hee! to the poem.

I wanted to cry at the end with the scene between Syd and Vaughn.

"That's B-r-i-s-t-o-w..." to the guy from the NSC. Hilarious!

I'm so glad to finally be watching the show after reading the TWOP recaps all summer to catch up!

I was so excited at first when Syd thought Vaughn wasn't actually Vaughn, because I was like, "yes! that's a good explanation! Where's the real Vaughn so they can continue the relationship?" Sadly, that wasn't the case.

Marshall's poem was the funniest friggin' thing. I wanted to hear the rest of it.

The whole "Peace" thing is a giant load of crapoo. Syd should have kicked Sloane's ass a little more for trying to feed her that BS. Are we ever going to find out what the Rambaldi device really did?

I personally enjoyed SpyDaddy's "Michael Vaughn is just a boy who was never good enough for you" speech!

The whole thing was awesome. I thought that they were actually going to have Vaughn not be Vaughn and make it so she was only gone like 2 days ( sooo much easier to write a storyline that way), but it was pretty cool that she didn't.

Loved Spy Daddy's speech.
Loved Dixon's "She WILL destroy that".
Nearly cried during Syd's speech to Vaughn. You go girl.

Though I do have to say, my fiance and I giggled every time they said "Covenant". Somehow I doubt anyone here is a big videogame player, but if you've ever played Halo... you'll know why.

"I've lost my keys....where are they??"
(its a metaphor)

BWAH!

I loooove my show, oh how I missed it these past 4 months!
Though at some points I couldn't help feeling it seemed a bit....off. But maybe thats for a reason

I. Love. SpyDaddy. He rocks the house, yo. Also the beard? sooo sexy. He totally looked liked Castro or something.
But poor Syd. Girlfriend needs a hug right quick.

Sigh...I am still not down with the Vaughn being married thing, but I loved Syd ripping him a new one...I'm actually a big fan of the angst...bring it on!

And finally...Sloane went from mass murderer to benevelant CEO of World Health Org and magzine cover boy??? I THINK NOT.
"peace"??? Lame ass craptastic lies. I'm of the opinion that this is some crazy freaky reality....but I may just be in denial...oh well!

Ditto on that! That was soooo cool, even though I think MV is extremely sexy.

And ditto on the peace thing...YEAH FRIGGIN RIGHT! Sloane is a worm, and you know that bastard has it coming eventually.

Marshall getting the freak on...kinda frightening, yet cute.

Dixon is living large and in charge! Woot!

And can I get a hell yeah for the major ass kicking that went on! I have missed this show SO much! Thank goodness it's back on. Sunday nights were so boring except for SatC.

Sidebar: Anyone here watching Carnivale? Talk about odd, but yet cool.

Sloane is, simply, The Devil Incarnate.

I cannot wait for the explanation/rationalization/justification of the "new" Sloane. It darn well better be mind blowing, because Sloane as Savior of the World is hard to fathom!

Come on Sunday night!

seeeeeeeriously! I don'y buy Good!Sloane for a second. He is deliciously evil and always will be....and the whole researching for a cancer cure? There has to be an Emily connection there somewhere....none of this Peace crap. Ok, I need to stop thinking about this now

I think Syd said it best:
"I have a LOT more than a million questions! I wish I only had a million questions!"
Preach it, sister.

Oh, and I want SpyMommy back. Like, now.

All right, so I just watched the premiere this afternoon (taped it last night so I could work on the paper that was due today ) and all I can say is....WOW. This season sure is going to be interesting.....Good Sloane? Not possible....it's too much like going from heterosexuality to homosexuality and then back to heterosexuality again (human sexuality class gives me some great metaphors, doesn't it? ) Dixon as the Head Cheese? Awesome! Vaughn as a teacher? A little too farfetched....he'll be back with the Agency next week. Weiss and Bristow acting as partners? Maybe the next hookup on the show (since Vaughn is temporarily taken)? Marshall as a Daddy? Too cute for words...

Cannot wait for this Sunday night!

ETA: My "metaphor" is not meant to be discriminatory in any way. I was trying to think of a way to compare Sloane's switching back and forth and back again, and this is something that was commented on in my HS class this morning. If I have offended anyone, I truly and deeply apologize.

Watch it again, the foreshadowing is of the "slap you right in the face" variety. Hee hee, watch that Syd/Vaughn ship sail away...because I know it'll be back, because it just has to be one day...

Has the TWoP recap gone live yet? Anyone know?

The recaplet is up, but the full one probably won't be up for a few days. I can't wait, for I loooove me some Regina recap action

Gotta love the Weiss...I don't know that they'll be hooking up anytime soon, but it would be fun to see Syd and him be all Best Friends 4EVA!
So is next week when we meet WifeyVaughn (boo hissss)?

ARGHS. I can't believe this all happened to Sydney. Poor girl. And that closure speech hit it right there. Seriously WHAT was Vaughn thinking?! I wonder if Weiss and Carrie are on Alias because of the fact that Sydney used to be on Felicity for a short period of time. It all has to do with the networking I guess. But I love Weiss's character. The plot just gets thicker and thicker. That letter Sloane read up in the mountains must have been quite important so I don't believe it for a minute that he's suddenly all turned good. You just know he had something to do with Sydney's missing two years. And I wonder if Vaughn figured Sydney would have to be put down with a tranquilizer when he came to get her in Hong Kong.

Red face

Holy shnikes!!!!! What the heck was that tonight?!?!?! It was so exciting to see Syd learn what had happened over the past two years, as well as see how emotional she got when she realized that she was the surrogate mommy for Rembaldi's "love child" (can you even use that description when it happens hundreds of years later????)

Also, what the heck was that ending about????? Vaughn's wife's got some 'splaining to do! And I can't wait to see next week's episode....is it too early to start looking forward to Season 3 coming out on DVD?????

I was just going to post about this! She does have some splaining to do....who was she talking to? I always knew I didn't like her!

It was good to finally learn what happened to her for the last 2 years!

Can't wait until next week!
