I'm Freaking Poor! No $$$
Just wanted to complain. Got the wonderful notice today that the Cal State Schools have decided to increase our student fees by another 14%!!! Isn't this exciting? After all, college students are obviously wealthy with unlimited resources to pay for their education.
Seriously, why now? They just upped our tuition last semester & now they're doing it again. This sucks!
Overtime here I come!

What a bunch of bull. Not only are book prices out of control, the school also rips you off big time.
I bought all my books last semester & spent over $500 bucks on them. When I went to sell them back, the school offered me only $40 dollars for them! I was supremely pissed & refused to sell them. Hell No!

$200 on a slow night, $500 on a good night. If you're really hot, and get into one of the better clubs, you can clear more than a grand a night. Where strippers go wrong is that they spend way too much money on silicone, clothing, and coke. Be disciplined, and after 5 years of stripping, you can retire.

Hmmm...Retiring before I hit 30 does sound good. Plus, my boobs will still be perky & my ass won't be hitting the ground. I LOATHE gravity.

not so much anymore... i go to a state funded school, and tuition is costing me literally twice what I used to pay a year or so ago  i guess it depends on where you are

Still cheaper than most private schools. When I thought I was going to Berkeley, the out-of-state tuition was still one-third of what the private schools were charging.
