Is anyone a Real Estate Agent or have worked in Real Estate? Anyone work in leasing or renting?
I have some important questions and I am looking for someone to answer things for me so I dont get screwed out of something. If you could please PM me if you can help and Ill explain the situation to you, Id appreciate it so much.

My dad was an agent at one time. Also, he just changed positions a few months ago, but up until then was the Real Estate Director for Summit County for like 20 some years....PM me the prob and I will ask my dad!
my dad works for a mortgage company, so he deals with real estate stuff all the time... I don't know if that would help at all, but I figured I'd throw it out there anyway!
I add my comments too. My sister works for a mortgage company and one of our sister's mom is a great RE Agent in the area. You can Pm me as well and i can see what kind of response they give me.
