I'm with you guys.
I have year round allergies (mold) but the pollen is making it worse this time of the year.

I need to move back to the beach...less allergens there

I'm on Zyrtec D, Rhinochord, and Astiln...which means instead of being totally stuffy, I just have the one nostril breathing going on.

they have a Decongestant version of Zyrtec? I'll be damned! I'm going to talk to my doctor about that when I go in for my complete yearly physical in July. I just take the regular right now with Flonase nose spray.

Allergies havent been too bad this year knock on wood, but if i forget to take one day of Zyrtec I feel the allergy/sinus headache the next day

I get congested from pine pollen. Luckly allergy season has already passed down here. I don't miss it.

My allergies have been horrible this year. I'm recovering from a sinus infection that developed because all my nasal passages were so blocked. I take allergy shots, and they seem to work fine when I'm at school. When I'm at home, though, they don't have quite the same effect. I think I'm allergic to something in or around the house that's not included in my extract. So wonderful for me!

you know you have ALLERGIES when the antihistamine that's supposed to make you drowsy...doesn't. you've just used it so much.

I am with you all! i have been on allergy meds all my life.

Been on Claritin forever than my dr switched me to another type which i cant recall the name and a nasel nose spray ( YUCK!) but been on Zyrtec and havee been pretty good with that one.

I agree with mmcat when the meds that are to make you drowsy dont because of to much usage you know you have it bad!

There are only 3 things I'm NOT allergic to (out of the 80 something they tested for): dogs, pine trees, and KY blue grass. My allergies are a perpetual hell for me, year round. Occasonally they get even worse, but it's pretty much a constant prescence throughout the year. It's been that way since I can remember and they haven't improved since I've gotten older (in fact, they've worsened). Lucky lucky me.

I was recently tested and found that the only thing I'm not allergic to are dogs. Right now, my doctor has me trying out combinations of medicines including

Nasal Sprays:Rhinocort, Nasonex, and Flonase
Allergy Pills: Clarinex, Allegra
Allergy Eye Drops: Optivar

Now I just have to figure out which combinations work best!

I have allergy-induced asthma, so the little drug cocktail of Advair (inhaler) and Singulair (pill) has kept me attack-free since February. Woot!

My allergies have gotten so bad this year that my right nostril either bleeds all of the time or I have bloody crusties/boogies coming out all the time. My left nostril is always stopped up. My sinuses are so dry that if I was able to take them out, they'd probably just crumble into dust.

I know this post is rather disgusting but I feel like crap.
