Question National Convention, Regional Conferences

I'm from the Iota Chapter of Sigma Alpha at the University of Arkansas. I don't think we've ever had anyone go to National Convention, but we're thinking of sending someone this year. Can anyone give me a good idea of what to expect (like past experiences, not the agenda for this year)? Also, is there a Southern Regional Conference? Thanks!

National Convention is always a great time to meet and share with chapters from across the nation. During the chapter congress you get to see inside the organization and little better and you also get a say in how this organization can change for the better. You will have the opportunity to meet the National Board and National Alumni Board. I also now for a fact that this years National Convention Committee is working very hard to put together a National Convention that is going to be a lot of fun!

I recommend that you work hard to raise money so that you can send as many members from you chapter as possible so that you can have an experience of a life time.

As for regional confrence those have not been determined yet and will not be determined until regional meetings at this year National Convention.
