Do YOU get BVQ?!

I'm talking about the Black Voices Black College Quarterly. I attended an HBCU and even though I'm not enrolled this semester I started getting this at the start of the summer. I don't think I'm paying for it because I haven't been billed, but it's really a great magazine. I would pay to get it if I had to if they were charging a reasonable fee.

So to my sista's (and brotha's) that attend HBCU's...do YOU get this magazine? If so, do you like it? If you don't get it, have you heard of it?

The latest issue is dedicated to all the football teams and there is spread talking about the infamous HBCU half-time show. If you saw it tell me what you thought.

I didn't attend an HBCU, but I have been receiving BVQ for almost a year. I know that I have never received a bill for it, and I have no idea how they even have my name that they started sending me the magazine in the first place....but it is nice reading.

I receive it too, and I didn't go to an HCBU. I think that if you had ever signed up on BlackVoices.com, that's how we came to receive it. It's free, and that's cool, lol. And it is a pretty good magazine.

Black Voices. com eh? Well I have never been there (or heard of it) but that's cool.

Besides, I never use my real name and address so sign up for anything on the internet. *lol* I just figured that it was for HBCU students since it's all about black schools in the mag!

I attend an HBCU and I have never heard of this magazine. Nevertheless, you have gotten my attention. Could you post the ordering information (phone number, website, etc.) so that those of us who do not know how to get it can?

Well I think I you go to BlackVoices.com and get it because the website is mentioned on the editing page. It has a phone number as well. It is 312 222 4326.
