Any Pikes from ARKANSAS?

What up Bros? If any of you are from Arkansas, holla at me. I'm from West Memphis, and I go to ASU in Jonesboro.

Alpha Zeta website??

Kambelsoop: I used to enjoy looking at AZ's website and seeing how strongly the chapter had come back. Now it's "being redesigned". Is it going to be up soon, so we can appreciate the strength of IIKA at Arkansas? Hope so. phi phi
Question: How is the chapter doing; how did you end the year? I saw in the S&D that AZ has over 100 members still.

Pike LUAU-- What Happens at Luau stays at Luau

Pike Luau is our biggest party of the year, and it is always crazy!
The party is officially a 3 day party, Thursday-Saturday, but we start building the fence about a week before hand, so lots of guys are at the house building the fence and partying and stuff during the week. We build a big wooden fence around the back yard, and we also build bit Tiki huts in the back yard. I wish I had some pictures, because it would be a lot easier to explain, but I don't know how to post pictures on this thing.
We also build a giant slip-n-slide out of tarps that goes down the hill into a big hole full of water, which we call the "Suislide." It's a lot of fun, and we grease it down so you go down it really fast. People go down all week and at night during the party and stuff, and every year when it gets real crazy people go down naked! It's hilarious, and I've been down it in the buff myself.
We also have Suilslide on Fall Bid Day, and it's always a real crowd pleaser.
LUAU is usually the very last Greek party of the year, and it's usually the week before Finals start. This timing is perfect, because everyone is stressed about school, and they know that they're about to have to study for finals and go home for the summer, so TONS of people come and party it up at the Pike house. In those last few weeks before summer, all the Fraternities have their big party's: KA's have Old South, LXA have Sandblast, Sigma Chi's have Derby Days, and so-on, but LUAU always blows them out of the water. Usually the only one that comes close is KA Old South, and it's a different weekend anyway, and we're tight with the KA's so most of our guys are there dominating the dance floor anyway.
At Delta Theta, our calendar revolves around Luau. We talk about Luau in rush, and everybody at school knows about it and Suislide regardless if they're greek or not. It's awesome!
