rosevines?

hello all-
i'm sure that this was something i should have been paying attention to in new member meetings but i have a question about the whole rosevines thing. i looked on the national website but couldn't find anything. i'm interested in meeting someone from my major and remembered the rosevines thing we learned about in new member education meetings. is rosevines just for graduation seniors? if not, how does one get involved?
