sponsor booklets

I'm the sponsor chair for my chapter, and I was wondering if anyone has ever made "sponsor booklets" for the sponsors and the "lil's". I was given the suggestion to create a booklet that told them their responsibilities and ideas for activities to do with your big/lil. Does anyone have ideas for it or suggestions?

we have something similar to what you are talking about. its more of a list of 6 things that the bigs have to do with the littles, and the littles are given a simliar list.

i'll see if i can dig mine up somewhere, but please be patient. half my stuff is in boxes from school still, and the other half of my stuff is in the process of being packed in boxes cause my parents are moving.

i'm lucky i know where my bed is at this point!

Still looking...

I do remember some of the things for the bigs, we had to:

do a community service event with our littles
arrange a big/little day on our own (or at least meet for lunch or something)
attend another greek organization's fundraiser (ie Delta Zeta runs a lip sync contest, or Alpha Phi Delta runs a beauty pagent for their charities)

I can't remember the other stuff right now. I know it was a list of 10. I promise as soon as I find it, I'll post.

hey again-
i forgot to ask, are you sponsor chair also? it doesn't really matter, but if you are...did you make a questionnaire as well for the bigs and littles, so it makes it easier to match them up? I have a copy of one that I have to redo, or just change/add a little.

Hey there. I'm not sponsor chair or anything, and I don't know how big your chapter is so this may not work - but we just have the Pearls write down their top three choices for big sis, and then we rank the Pearls as to how we'd want them as our littles, (ie 1)Mary, 2) Charlotte 3) Gloria etc etc) and our sponsor chair matches them up. Tri Angels are done differently though, and often sophomores get to be a Tri Angel. Just my input
