Mentorship

Hey Everyone!

It's been a long time since I've posted, but I've been up at Camp, deep deep deep in the woods and my whole internet time is usually used reading emails, but I had some extra time tonight and I was catching up on the forums (btw, congrats mel!!)

To the point--I've been thinking a lot lately about how our chapter seems to be very inward focused, and people see Delta Gamma as only their collegiate years, and I was thinking back to my own experiences and how having some alumni to talk to helped me not only put things into perspective, but help out with other areas of my life as well. So i was thinking, are there any chapters out here that have mentorships with their local alumni?? I'd love to set up some sort of a mentorship and harbor more interactions with the older DeeGee's in the area, I think it would not only help out the chapter, but help out the relationships between the collegians and the alumni (which are moderate to poor).

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions??
