Gamma Upsilon's New House

I just spoke with one of the Advisors from Gamma Upsilons (UNT). They are doing their fundraising for the new house that will be ready this fall. It is tax decutible.

Would any of you like to donate? PM and I'll tell you where to send your checks. Any amount helps

Okay ladies!! I know you aren't all GU members, but you are all Sisters.

Gamma upsilon is doing a Brick Drive for their new house. Since ADPI will have the first house on sorority row to be finished, we are pushing some major deadlines.

IF you are interested in supporting GU with this endeavor, the bricks are selling for $100 each. You can have 3 lines with up to 17 characters on each line engraved with a message from you.

Some are doing this in memory of sisters, others are writing messages to the chapter, others just want their alpha class or their own name remembered in the years to come.

This is a great way to support a local chapter. We are taking cash, check and even credit cards. I would love to see some GC sisters buy some bricks. It would be an awesome way to support GU!!!

Is there a payment plan option? I know that may sound lame b/c $100 really isn't that much, but I'd have to spread it out over a couple of months.

Maybe we could arrange a GreekChat brick?

Another suggestion would be for Gamma Upsilon to ask each chapter to purchase a brick - if that's allowed (I'm not sure).

A GC Brick would be awesome. I just have very limited time to make all this happen. (like 2 weeks) So, I dont think asking the chapters to buy a brick would work. But if y'all want to do a GC brick, I'm taking donations and suggestions.

I'd love to donate, but I won't have any money until close to the middle of next month, and even then it wouldn't be enough to do an entire brick on my own

Ladies, I could send Sherra the $100 (as I happen to have it right now) IF you'd like to PM me how much you'd like to donate towards it. If I get PMs that total $70 or more, I'll send the $100.

But we have to do this quickly!!!!

Also, if you have ideas for the 3 lines of engraving/17 letters each, let me know.

Yes only two weeks!! I know it is tight and quick but that is unfortunately how it works for ADPi to be the first house finished.

Don't forget to mention what you'd like to have written. Once we raise the money, we'll have a vote on all the suggestions for the brick.
