Recruitment brochures/booklets
Does your university publish a recruitment brochure for PNM's? If so, what is the name of it and is it online (include link)?

Kent's is a recruitment book that says the name of all of the sororities, information about them, and Panhellenic rules. It also shows the PNMs an idea of what to wear.

That's a very cool brochure by UK. My school the Univ. of Memphis has a tiny brochure with about 6-8 pages stating what to wear (includes pics), the bennies, and how to sign up for recruitment.

UCF publishes one. It includes a page on each GLO at the university, and some of it's history and traditions, as well as a few photos of the group. There are also a few pages devoted to Greek Life in general at the university, explaining its purpose, member testimonials, statistics, etc. There are also pages which explain the recruitment process, dates, and what to wear. The recruitment exec and the recruitment counselors work with local businesses to sponsor the book, and it is mailed to incoming freshmen and given to everyone going through recruitment. Some things may have changed since "my days" as a student, but I have always been pretty impressed with it. I am sure if you contacted the university office of Greek Affairs, they would send you a copy for reference.

FSU publishes one called the Tomahawk. It's not online though and it covers the entire greek system at FSU: NPC, NIC, NPHC and the Multicultural orgs plus information about recruitment.

Butler publishes one and it's currently not online. It is still up in the air (we have deferred recruitment) as to whether or not it will be. Although recruitment applications aren't due until November 20th so we have a little time before putting it out!

Iowa State does a really nice book every year for recruitment that encompasses all three councils. Each GLO has a half page with pictures and info. There is also notes and information about Greek life at Iowa State, costs, policies, what to expect during recruitment and fun facts. This one is two years old, but it's still pretty good.

Our Panhellenic and IFC have been really working hard at their Public Relations and do really well at it. They also work really closely with a printing/imaging firm and that's really been an asset to them. I served as Director of PR for a year on Panhellenic so it was my job to gather up all the information and put this bad boy together. I'm rather pleased to notice they're still using the layout and design I created.

ISUKappa, from someone who is working on a recruitment guide, that is an amazing book! Ours is nothing like that in comparison of size, but yours is really well done and has everything spelled out for PNMs!

We did; I think they still do. I don't think it's online anywhere.
It isn't very good (at least, it wasn't back in my day). There was a recruitment schedule, information on the rho chis (picture, name, hometown), and each sorority got a page. There was NOTHING about how to dress, what to expect, the importance of attending all the parties you were invited to up to the max for the round, strict silence (which in my day was very strict - affiliated women couldn't talk to PNMs at all outside parties, even to explain that they couldn't talk to the PNM ), etc. When I was a PX I found myself filling in a lot of the blanks for my PNMs. I wish we'd had GC back then...

We had a nifty booklet we got to use during recruitment. It had information on all the sororities, clearly outlined the rules of recruitment, and my favorite part? It has a journal section for each sorority so we could write about them immediately after we got out of their chapter room's activity each night, to keep track of our feelings and give ourselves ways to tell them each apart as to who we liked better. When you went to see where you got invited back the next day, if too many invited you back you were given your booklet back to look through and help you choose who to cut off your list. When recruitment was all over, we were allowed to keep the booklets if we wanted.
EDIT: typo
