Pine Mountain

I am so excited! This mid-July a sister and I are going to Pine Mountain for a week to help out with the Reading Camp. Her and I are both really excited to go...let alone we driving so we excited about the road trip part too. It's gonna be nice to actual see Pine Mountain.

That sounds like a lot of fun! We actually just watched the Pine Mountain video last night. I didn't know that there were 2! But, you'll have a lot of fun and actually get to know our national philanthropy!

Yeah, my chapter, especially our philanthropy chair is really excited bc we might do a few days in July of our new national service project (not sure if you know what it is....been told its a secret till convention, but we have a national staff member right on our campus bc she is the Greek advisor for all greeks on my campus, Christina Teirmen, and she told us what it was) so hopefully we are doing that this summer too. I dunno, but my chapter deserves the philanthropy award on our campus now lol.

That's funny, because last night we were wondering what happened with the new philanthropy. The video we watched last year showed them mining around Pine Mountain, and we thought maybe it got blown up, and that was why we need the new one. Haha, that would be somewhat funny and sad at the same time...

I'm sure several people already know what our additional National Philanthropy will be (I know!)....but the big announcement won't be until Convention, so keep it on the down low!!!!
