Hey Sisters!
I haven't joined Life Loyal yet but I plan to. (I am a law student and am waiting until I get some money from my summer job).
It has a couple of really good benefits. It exempts you from alumnae dues for life, which for young alums can be a really significant savings. Plus you don't have to remind yourself every year to pay your national dues. It also gives you 10% off Delta Shop purchases. And it is a great way to show your commitment to Tri Delta.
Just a few thoughts about why I'm doing it.

I am not a Life Loyal, but I work at Executive Office in Arlington and I must tell you.. being a Life Loyal is TOTALLY worth it... you get a lot of discounts, dont have to pay alumni dues... and one thing, you'll get the trident forever. tri delta can not afford to sent the trident the every member anymore because we've grown so much! (snaps to that though!!)

Hey everyone! I did it. I signed up for Life Loyal. I'm Life Loyal #1226. I feel it's added to my Tri Delta comittment, especially now that I'm Alpha Alpha's alumnae advisor.

Has anyone else become a Life Loyal or thought about it?

Way to go!!!! I love to hear that other sisters have joined life loyal too. I've been a member of Life Loyal about six months and am really glad I chose to join.

Life Loyal is such a great way to show your lifetime commitment to Tri Delta, plus you can expect the Trident forever and you never have to worry about renewing your dues.

I'm planning to go Life Loyal after the holidays and then just do it in one big payment. I can't wait, especially to be able to get the "Trident" for life. There was never a doubt in my mind that I would go Life Loyal...Tridelt meant so much to me in college and even most so as a recent grad and I just think it is an amazing way to give back to Tridelt. Yay for my fellow GC Life Loyals!

I hope you all don't mind me crashing your board , not being a tri delt and all, but may i ask what a life loyal is? i find myself curious what it was since i like to learn what other orgs do.

Life Loyal is a new program by Tridelt for its alumni. Alum pay a set fee and that pays for their alum membership dues for life. It also guarantees you "The Trident" for life because next summer it will only be offered to alum who pay dues and collegiate members, which I think is so smart when you think about how many alum don't care, don't read it, moved, etc. There is all sorts of other benefits but I am exhausted and its time for bed so hopefully other Deltas could step in and add to this.

You could always check out our website...they give tons of info on the benefits and why they are doing it.

Finally went Life Loyal!

Number 1471! Just got my badge and complimentary silver bracelet in the mail on Saturday!
