You might consider adding some lemon pepper spice to it. You can find that at any grocery store in the spice aisle. It is wonderful. That way, you can bake, grill, or fry it.
I agree with cutie that fresh veggies would be a good side dish. Pan sear them with a bit of butter.
And, you might consider some mashed potatoes with a bit of dry hidden valley ranch mix added. (You can find the mix on the salad dressing aisle.)

Using lemon butter with pepper added should work. It's the same thing as the spice Put it on the fish in a baking dish. (Use one that is at least an inch deep so you can put water in with the fish.) Once you have the fish laying in the pan, cover it with water and add the lemon butter and pepper. If you have aluminum foil, cover it and place in 400 degree oven for 50 minutes.
The potato in the microwave sounds good.
Let me know if you need any more help.

Dang, this sounds like some thing a Bauchelor can do! Easy too!
Are you married and do you like more mature men I Love Women from Tenn. or any part of the South!
Wont the water make it soggy? How much butter, lemon, and pepper?
Nuked Tater, grease with oil, salt it and put in nuker for 4 1/2 to 5 min. depending on the size!
Either put butter, salt and pepper, or french onion dip/bacon and horse radish dip on it!

Sorry Tom, I'm already taken
Just use a spoonful or so of butter... If the butter already has lemon it in, then you are set. If not, let me know if you plan on using real lemons. Just throw on a good amount of pepper...
You can't really mess this recipe up! You'll add more lemon butter/pepper once you remove the fish from the water. The amount in the pan is just for a bit of extra flavoring while cooking.
I'd go for plain butter on the potato.
The fish doesn't get soggy. The water simply keeps the fish from drying out.

Yes. Put the butter, lemon juice/lemon slice if you want to/pepper in the water with the fish and bake it. Once it is done, drain the water and add a BIT more butter, more lemon juice and pepper. Oh, and throw some salt on it when it's done, too. (just a dash of salt over the fish. You're done...
