I just found out this weekend that we are not Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity Inc. I was told that we are Incorparated, but we are not an incorpation. We are an assocation. Can someone explain this or go in depth about it?

If you have a copy of our bylaws booklet, the first page is the "Articles of Incorporation of Alpha Phi Omega under the General Not For Profit Corporation Act, State of Missouri"
