NPC Sororities in the Mid-Continent Conference

Okay, so I know most people don't really know or *care* about the Mid-Con conference, even though my alma mater usually does some damage with the men's basketball team

The nine schools in the Mid-Con are:
Centenary
Chicago State
IUPUI
UMKC
Oakland
Oral Roberts
Southern Utah
Valparaiso
Western Illinois

There are 15 NPC organizations represented with 24 chapters open (that I found). Chicago State and Oral Roberts don't appear to have any NPC sororities, and Southern Utah's webpage wasn't opening for me, so if I'm incorrect, please let me know!

The NPC organizations represented are:

Chi Omega at 4/9 of the schools

Alpha Delta Pi at 3/9 of the schools

Delta Zeta, Gamma Phi Beta, Alpha Sigma Tau, and Phi Sigma Sigma at 2/9 of the schools

Sigma Sigma Sigma, Sigma Kappa, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Zeta Tau Alpha, Phi Mu, Pi Beta Phi, Delta Delta Delta, Alpha Phi, and Kappa Delta at 1/9 of the schools

Great information! For some weird reason I got lucky with Southern Utah's site. In their list of student clubs and organizations, Alpha Phi is listed -- the only NPC group that I saw (but I could be wrong). Alpha Phi's international HQ web site also lists Southern Utah, so looks like they have a chapter there.

I figured since the Mid-Con is my conference (GO Crusaders! ), I would chime in and help out with the conference tallies

I changed the first post to put Alpha Phi there, so if there are any other chapters I'm missing, anyone, please tell me!

Western Illinois University (Go Leathernecks!) currently has the following active NPC chapters:

Alpha Sigma Tau
Chi Omega
Delta Zeta
Phi Sigma Sigma
Sigma Kappa and
Sigma Sigma Sigma

We used to have the following:

Alpha Sigma Alpha (closed 2003)
Alpha Omicron Pi (closed 1985) and
Zeta Tau Alpha (closed 1979).

According to my office mate, Chicago State has NPHC sororities, but no NPCs.

You're telling me....and I think it's for almost all sports *except* football....Valpo plays University of San Diego in football (how's that for bizarre? )

Here's the breakdown of what IFC, NPHC, and NPC organizations are at each of the schools (I'm not as well versed in IFC and NPHC organizations, so if anything is incorrect, please let me know!

NPC Organizations: (17 total organizations have been represented in this conference with a total of 28 chapters)

Alpha Delta Pi is at 3 of the schools (Oakland, UMKC, and Valparaiso)

Alpha Omicron Pi *used* to be at WIU

Alpha Sigma Tau is at 2 of the schools (Oakland and WIU...used to be at Valparaiso)

Alpha Sigma Alpha *used* to be at WIU

Alpha Phi is at 1 of the schools (Southern Utah)

Gamma Phi Beta is at 2 of the schools (Oakland and Valparaiso)

Delta Delta Delta is at 1 of the schools (Valparaiso)

Delta Zeta is at 2 of the schools (UMKC and WIU)

Zeta Tau Alpha is at 1 of the schools (Centenary....used to be at WIU)

Kappa Delta is at 1 of the schools (Valparaiso)
