how is Tau, as in Tau Kappa Epsilon, pronounced?
Tow, rhyming with cow? WRONG...buffalo breath.
Taw, like in paw...RIGHT

rhyme with "how, cow, now, sow, vow, wow, etc."
But they would beam when you rhyme TAU with "haw, jaw,
law, maw, paw, raw, saw, etc."

my Hegemon taught me that "you stand Tau" (when pronounced like "saw, law, etc) and that "you wipe your ass with a Tau" (when prounced like "cow, sow, etc....)

I have never heard that way of explaining the correct way of
saying "Tau." I will pass it on to the Pelican boys in Louisiana!
