I'm going to the Edwin McCain concert on V-day with a Boy...its his favorite singer. I know the songs that were big on the radio- "I'll Be" and "I could not ask for more". Any suggestions to ones I should download and listen to before the concert?

His drummer or his old drummer graduated from my high school or he went to UK (can't remember)! He is really funny! He was on 80's strikes back! But I"m not really sure what to download. Have fun!

I first heard of him a looooooong time ago, he had a song out called "Solitude." I think "I'll Be" is the one that he became "famous" for though.

How was the concert?

The concert was great. He is an awesome live performer. Will Hoge, the opener, was awesome as well.

I am SO feeling you on that one! Poor Edwin got slammed last year! What made people think that they could actually sing like him??

McCain is awesome!!! Off his recent CD, "Write Me A Song" is a great slow one. But "Alive" is one of my personal favs.
