I'm a graphic artist by profession and for the last 10 years or so have done all the chapters work - letterhead, business cards, bids, tshirts, etc.
The problem is that printing is such a distinct job kinda thing you wont find a printer who does it all. There might be but they will charge you through the NOSE. See, a printer is usually high end (for books, magazines high end publications), medium ( full color brochures, posters) or low end (business cards and stationary). Printers prices are usually based on what kind of presses they have. A high end printer CAN do business cards - but cant even turn on their presses for less than a few grand. Low quality printers cant deliver the quality of stuff you might need. On RARE occasion you can find a good repographic srevice who can meet all your needs. Most large citis will have a company (they ususally do architecture blueprints but do other printing as well. I use Thomas Repographics here in San Antonio (See
http://www.thomasrepo.com/services/index.shtml ) and have a great account exec who lives to handle my problems and do it all in house there. I am sure something like Thomas Repo exists near you.
The other problem is you need a graphic artist to set your stuff up for you. The repo places can, but they charge an arm and a leg to do it. So If you can find someone who can do graphic design - youre set.
Finally, your concern about artwork - the general fraternity communications department has placed all pertinant fraternity artwork on the website for download in all graphic formats. Betsy Bly can provide you with the link for all images. (I cant seem to find it right now - so when you get it please share it with the rest of us.)
Hope thi shelps. If you need more info or help - dont hesitate to send me an email.
