They will be colonizing in early February after they participate in their first structured recruitment. I've met these women. This group is so nice and really a great blend of women. They are funny, they are cute and definitely have their standards. They are looking forward to being initiated--and looking forward to participating fully in Convention in their city!

Hi, my name is Shelley and I am part of the group over at UIW. We are really excited about this opportunity to start DPhiE here in San Antonio, and Heather has been awesome in helping us get started. Just to tell you a little bit about our group and our school, UIW is a small Catholic private university. There are two other sororities on campus, a local Delta Sigma Delta and then a national Alpha Sigma Alpha. Currently in our group we are fourteen women strong and are getting ready to take part in our first formal recruitment the first week of Feb. We also had the opportunity to meet several of the members of the executive council when they were in town planning for the convention, which was a great experience for us.

Those are my girls!!!
I am the Director of Expansion who worked on selecting this campus. Good luck in formal recruitment!
Shelley, as an FYI, this is an open forum (not just DPhiE's see it) so just be careful what you post. During recruitment best not to say too much!
Good luck!
