Any ladies on here a member of this health club? Can you really get a good workout in 30 minutes?

lol. The idea is that 30 mins is better than nothing. It's hitting the target market of women who probably need to start working out and do something.

Yeah.....they're opening one by my job in mid town manhattan and I can't picture that place during say LUNCH HOUR? 50 women packed in a place waiting at stations to get a workout done in 30 minutes?
