Thumbs up wow...this is so touching

hi sisters...i just thought i'd post a little story about something that happened to me right before break started that was really touching:
I was getting ready to move out of the house after finals week and i was one of the last girls to leave. I heard the doorbell ring and no one else was around to get it so i went downstairs and answered it. There were 2 college aged guys standing there and i said hi and asked what they needed(figuring they were looking for one of the girls)....they did not reply but one of them handed me a small electronic computer thing that he had typed a message into. it said something like "hi, my name is brian and i am a student at galludet university. i am looking for directions to the delta sigma phi house and i saw the DZ house and i knew i could count on someone here to help because i know a lot of DZ's at my school and they are great and you guys help us out so much with your fundraising also."
I was so stunned and impressed at the same time that i could hardly type a message back to him...but I did, and they found the house they were looking for because i saw their car there later on that night(my boyfriend lives next door)
i was just really delighted to know that people really do appreciate and understand all our sorority does for Galludet...it was the perfect example for me

Wow...that is an awesome story. It really made my day....what a nice gesture to help them out in the middle of moving! I too have always wondered if students at Gaulldet appreciated our hard work or not...it's nice to know that they do!
