What would you do, Part II (The weird version)
The past couple days, I have been really intrigued by how people think and how we all can have different perspectives. So, of course , I thought I'd bring it to the forum!! I thought it'd be fun!
Ok, here goes . . .
1) Which would you rather have, HIV or Cancer?
2) Which would you rather have, an extra finger or an extra toe?
3) If you thought your spouse had died, but come to find out, they faked their death (for whatever reason), and came back 9 years later, what would you do? Would you re-marry your former spouse? What if you had already re-married?

#1 is tough so I am going to say NO COMMENT!!
#2: I have extra fingers so. . . . I will keep them
#3: I really don't know what I would do. Faking their death is dishonest and deceitful and goes against God's will. I would feel deceived, HE LEFT ME!! I doubt I would re-marry him because I could no longer trust him like I used to. Besides while he was "dead" he might have remarried and had kids with another woman. I would want to slap the COW WALKING MESS out of him for making me grieve unnecessarily, you know??
These are good questions.

LMAO!!! Chile, you are hilarious!!!
AKAtude, I KNEW you and AKA2D were gonna clown me!!! LOL!!
Let me tell yall where these questions came from, so you can believe that I am sane!!
The first and second ones, when I was in Spain, my host family debated both topics over siesta (lunch and nap time).
The third one, well, I watched Golden Girls yesterday!
My answers:
1) Depends on which type of cancer.
2) An extra finger, so that my shoes wouldn't fit funny.
3) I really don't know. I would be so overjoyed that the person wasn't dead, but I still don't know.

1) Cancer
2)Extra toe (You can always wear socks all year round for your entire life.)
3)9 years later?!? Please! I wouldn't give Houdini the time of day.

Ok, soror. I'm going to take this seriously. You know I'm not going to clown you like that. :
1) I agree; depends on the cancer.
2) extra finger
3) Depends on how I would feel if I saw him. But after that, I would give him a good beat down for leaving me like that.

See, I LOVE this thread!! Ok. LOL! Ok. I had asked my ex-boyfriend the extra finger or extra toe thing, right? Right. So he says, "An extra finger, what would I do with an extra toe??" Whereas I looked at it as a birth defect, he looked at it as something positive. He said he might be able to hold bigger things if he had an extra finger. I guess. But it was still cool to hear his perspective.
I just love the different perspectives. Y'all know I'm special like that!
Keep 'em comin' . . .

1) I already have enough medical problems, but I guess I would say cancer, if it were operable. HIV, if my test results got switched with somebody elses, and I only thought I had it for a day or so.
2) Whichever one could be removed quickest
3) I can't even imagine this happening, as my husband is the LEAST SLICK person I know (plus he talks too much to keep good secrets), but if he was able to pull it off (with the help of some hoochie, because there would have to be a hoochie involved) I would not take him back.

Hee hee hee, I have anoooootheeer ooooone!
What would you do if . . .
You were married and your spouse had to be placed in a witness protection program. Would you join him/her, and give up life as you know it? Or would you choose to be able to stay in touch with friends and family? What would you do?

Wouldn't that mean that you could NOT go with your spouse if he/she was placed in the witness protection program?
If the spouse could go, wouldn't that defeat the purpose, or would the spouse have to change his or her identity, as well?
I'm just thinking about Miles from the Golden Girls...lol

Shoot, I'd have to go with him. Think about it... whatever he did or knew that was bad enough to get him placed in the Witness Protection program in the first place means... THEIR COMING AFTER THE FAMILY. They usually change the identities of the entire family (don't ya'll watch Showtime??).

If the spouse goes, he/she MUST give up his identity too, and cannot contact friends or family, or they will risk removal from the program.
