website help!

I am making a sisters only site and I did a search and in all that stuff I didnt find anything about how to protect the pages from being found or accessed without the password...

Is there any way to make sure that a person has to log in, in order to have access to that page? For example...I dont want the page to be accesible by just saving it to a bookmark or something I want to make sure that they have to log in everytime just to bring the page up. I hope that makes sense...lol
