All GC Meet together ...

LOL I think this is a dumb question, but ...

What do you guys do when you have a GC get together? I mean, what kind of conversations are carried on, and what positive or negative aspects of getting to know "strangers" you meet from the internet? Any good stories? Any hook up experiences? (kitso .. I know you have many hook ups from GC get together ...)

The reason of asking this question is because, you know, people said it is unsafe to meet people you barely know from the internet. Hey don't get me wrong, I trust ya'll, because we have some common ground here, but still ...
Maybe I will meet some of you guys sometime, somewhere ...

I know, I am a dork asking this question, because I always thought you guys just sit in front of the computer and do nothing else ... but of course not. Is it weird to start get together event?

Well those in the So. Cal area have met twice now. Both times for dinner at Downtown Disney for dinner. It was actually pretty fun to be able to put faces to everyone and their GreekChat names. I don't think there have been any negative experiences at our two events. SapphireSphinx9, SAEActive, PhiSigScooby, and myself attended both events. Both were a lot of fun.

We talked about our organizations, our campuses, and other aspects of our lives. As for hookups I don't think there was any at the first event but a relationship seems to have developed from the second get together.

If you have a chance to go to a GC get together I say go. Or if not try to organize one for your area. It really is a lot of fun.

It is somewhat hard to arrange a get together in Iowa, unless if we're doing it with Nebraska. The only two schools came across this board from Iowa are Iowa State and Iowa. Oh well, maybe sometime when I move away from here ....

The one I went to was a lot of fun. It was actually the one where I went to with phisigduchesscv. =D Of course she's one of my sisters and we had three other sisters with us. We all just had dinner and then went to Disneyland for the rest of the night. Conversations ranged from what goes on at school, Greek life, and then other chitchat topics as they occurred. As for hook up experiences...
