I don't know about Baylor (Waco, Texas), but at Rice University (Houston, Texas) there is a Baker 13 club. It is called Baker because it originated from a dorm on campus, Baker College. Dorms at Rice U are called Colleges. Anyway, on the 13th (and I heard 30th) of every month, guys from the College put shaving cream on their privates and run around campus at night. I was also told that they leave body prints on windows.
There are no Greeks at Rice. It was forbiden by the founder, Wm Marsh Rice. The University is divided into colleges and student life is centered around which college he/she is in.
Baylor U is a bit more conservative than Rice, so I don't think that would go on at Baylor.
