Who feels sick after Thanksgiving??

Am I the only one who feels ill after all I ate today?

--screw the diet,I probably gained 5 pounds from all that good (albeit low carb) food!

All I have to say is that tomorrow, the peanut butter and any and all fattening/high carb food is being thrown out and I'm spending over an hour at the gym!!!

I am so glad that you Atkins people said that! I've been following Atkins and am almost through--and have known for months that I would have a piece of pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving.

I got majorly sick last night an hour after I had it. I was in PAIN--and had not overeaten or gone much off the diet for the other foods. And it wasn't bad food because 14 other people ate here and no one else got sick.

No, I listened to the voice in my head that tells me "You're full T"...but that doesn't mean that I always did or always will.

Not doing too badly. I'm on the Atkins diet too. Had just a taste of stuffing and mashed potatoes, and loaded up on turkey, veggies, and low-carb corn muffins. Dessert was low-carb ice cream. Everyone else got all lethargic after dinner, but I was full of energy

Everyone is on the Aktins diet...including my parents. There are no carbs in the house. This runner is going to die before this break is over.
The worst was the low carb ice cream on my apple pie. it barely melted after 45seconds in the microwave. thats just not supposed to happen

All day, my stomach has been extremely upset and I'm surviving on Gatorade...I think all that Low-Carb bread I had yesterday upset my stomach!!
