Xanga

Does anyone else here besides me have xanga? Its an online journal where you pretty much put your thoughts and feelings, schedules, and anything from that day down for everyone to read. You can keep track of your friends life, others of the same interst, and those in your your greek organization by subscribing to them. There is no cost for the subscribing part. You can create one at www.xanga.com

I had a xanga account way back, but I switched to LiveJournal, and like it much better!

Whoa....so I just read my whole Xanga thing over and it reminded me how much I have grown. I mean while it only chronicled last february to may, I could definitely see a change...and then I started thinking about me when I started college, over two years ago and I can't believe how much I've grown! Two and a half years ago I was an immature freshman who had never been away from home for more than a week, never drank, never partied, never kissed a boy, never really dated, never budgeted a cent in my life, never had really strong friendships, never heard of greek life (outside of Legally Blonde), never had to deal with my medical problems, never .
I mean I just realized that I was a completely different person....like I look back now and see someone completely different than the girl I am today...its so crazy!!

I had a Xanga before I got my LJ code. One thing I liked about Xanga was the fact that you could add music to your page. LJ doesn't allow me to do that.

But as veemers said...I like being able to control who reads my posts.
