I am the General Advisor to a local ZTA chapter. I just found out that the chapter dropped from a 2.8 (Spring 2003) to a 2.2 . Does anyone have any ideas on how to motivate the chapter and get their focus back where it belongs...on school!
I'm at a loss and all I want to do right now is scream and take away social privledges!
