Happy Thanksgiving

As the traditon goes, lets name one thing we are thankful for. I'll start!

I am thankful for all of my Sigma Alpha Sisters, whether they are my fellow alumnae, collegiate members, or membership candidates.

Of course I could name more than one, but I'm going to limit myself or you'll be reading this post all night!

Hope you all have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

I am thankful for the body that God gave me and the life He has breathed into my bones. For Thanksgiving I had the wonderful opportunity to march in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. If you want to read about it, go to

And I'm thankful for the Internet, with which to keep touch with all my family and friends.

Best Regards to you all,
Shelley

Since we can (and should be) thankful any time, I'll continue the thread even if it is after Thanksgiving.

Truly, I'm thankful for many things, but some come to mind now:
-For my family (immediate and extended) -- they are really an interesting, giving and loving bunch.
-For the opportunities I've had to serve and get to know so many excellent people as a Sigma Alpha (and way back, in FFA)
-For awesome friends, whether they are the people I hear from every day or once a year... I have been enriched by each one in so many ways
-For a great educational experience at Duke over the last two years... and most importantly, that I made it through some of those crazy classes to graduate w/my MBA!

Getting sappy now, must go!
