So question/thought outloud
I'm a little concerned that my application for an LA position won't be taken AS seriously as others whom have had a pretty traditional undergrad involvement with Alpha Gam. Should I be concerned, or have there been instances like this in the past?

I'm not familiar enough with your undergraduate experience to understand what was "non traditional" about it, but I do know one thing... You can't get it if you don't apply! Be sure to look at the web site. They have the list of schools at which they would consider placing an LA.

oh yah -
i initiated in 2000 but transfered to a school without a chapter in 2001 and have been there ever since. i'm REALLY involved at my current school but don't have a ton of AGD experience to fall back on.

If you don't feel sure, email Heather at IHQ and just ask her. She is really sweet and I'm sure would gladdly answer your questions.

Bumping this to the top--
Dee, how does International Council decide which schools might get an LA and which won't? Please feel free to PM me if that info doesn't belong on the boards.
