Sorry to butt in, but I'm thinking about doing the same thing. . . where, if you don't mind my asking, are you ordering it from? I've seen several sites that do jackets and sweaters (which is what I want).

Sorry to butt in too, but I got my jacket from Simply Greek (www.simplygreek.com). It takes about 4-6 weeks with standard shipping for your jacket, but I broke down and paid the extra $100 plus another $10 to have my jacket in a week because I wanted to have it for Howard U's homecoming.

Hey, I need the name of a place that does sweaters too if you know any!!

Ms. Buttinsky here again:

Did you like your jacket? And the place that CT4 mentioned, I've looked at their website. I wanna know if you all have seen lots of their merchandise firsthand and did it look good? 9dst are you happy with your jacket?

I apologize for the 2 hijacks - I promise I won't do it again. . .

If you look on their website, under b-ball jerseys, that is MY jersey with my info and I love it, but I am going to get it in XL because the large is a little snug than what I like my jerseys to be.

The owners are an AKA and a Sigma (husband and wife.)

ETA: I just looked and my jersey is gone. If I am bored tonight I will take a pic and post it.

First, let me apologize in advance to the ladies of DST for posting in this thread if it's inappropriate, but I know a Zeta who tried to order a personalized clothing item from simplygreek.com and her order was messed up royally. She said they did business very messy and eventually got tired of dealing with them and settled for a messed up jacket. She also said there was a lot of people who were less than satisfied with their purchases. However, this was over a year ago, so they could have greatly improved their services since then. Just a heads up!

A friend of mine and her mother whom are both sorors have some really nice stuff. They do jackets. My line got jackets from them, and also I know of Ques and Alpha's that have gotten jackets from them. My friend who is the daughter is on this site under the name of Taylaur_2000. The name of the company is Unique Greek and they are licensed vendors. Hit me up on PM if you want the phone #, or go to the DST national site, and look at the vendor list. They are listed there as well.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SIMPLY GREEK!! They are STILL messed up! I ordered my jacket on May 10, 2003 after over 30 phone calls, like 6 faxes and about 10 emails they finally sent it to me on October 10th or something. It was straight craziness. Don't use them.

I am not a fan of simply greek. I had problems when they messed up the size on an order. Try to find someone local. Good luck!!!!!

I see you are in New Orleans. I went to Southern and recommend several places in or around Baton Rouge. I got my jacket done there and it was awesome IMO.

My line ordered our Line Jackets from AD Greek. Their company is on point and really fast! No joke - we got on a conference call and went on the internet on Friday, we filled out the form on our respective computers and submitted.

I got my jacket last night (Thursday) and it's tight! My LS got her's too in Arizona. That wasn't even a week and we had a lot of stuff put on our jackets.

Go with ADGreek!! (ummm did this sound like a commercial?)
