Belmont University hosted several locals, some of which became chapters for (inter)national organizations. I do not know if some locals still exist there. David Lipscomb University has a number of local sororities and fraternties called "clubs." The University of the South Sewanee has a long-standing tradition of local sororities (and one new NPC group, too: KD) and one local fraternity (converted from Phi Delta Theta).
