George Spasyk article "A Lack of Standards"

Many years ago, George wrote an article for the Reflections column, and I believe it was entitled "A Lack of Standards". It addressed what happened to a chapter that failed to set and meet standards of conduct and performance. I believe that I can make good use of it in my current activities as Pi at Cal State Fullerton.

I recall re-reading it perhaps a year ago, but I have no clue where I saw it.

If anyone has a copy of the article, I would appreciate having a copy thereof. Please drop me a note off-line at JGezelius@msn.com and I'll pass my fax number along.

John, it was in a copy of the C & C. Not sure what issue.

Like a dumb ass, I throw them away after I read them

It is possible according to Kip Z as he is in touch with George S., that he will remember it and when.

I really wish George S wold write this section again as he has touched so many Brothers over the years.

Close, but no cigar

I checked each and every one of the Reflections articles listed. No soap. I don't know if it is my old age showing, but I am positive that I read something with the word "Standards" in the title.

The closest Reflections article seems to be "Anatomy of a Suicide" and that is helpful, but not the one I'm looking for.

BTW, thanks for the link to the Reflections articles. They are not listed anywhere on the General Fraternity web page. The more I see of that web site, the more it reminds me of the 'shoe box' records that my clients keep. Everything is supposed to be in there, but you'll never find it!
