Wellbutrin
Anyone ever used this drug as an aid to quit smoking? If so, what did you think about it? Did it work?

I've never used it, but a friend of mine has. He swears it was the best thing he ever did.

my mom used this to help her lose weight actually. she was very successful with it. even though it's for people trying to quit smoking, supposedly it helps people with a variety of addictions!

Also to add to the benefit of Wellbutrin is it helps with ADD symptoms. A drug called Zyban is used as a stop smoking aid. Basicly, Zyban and Wellbutrin is the same drug Buprion (sp.). Zyban and Wellbutrin SHOULD NOT be taken at the same time.

There is actually a version of Buspirion (Wellbutrin's generic name), specifically to help people quit smoking. It's called Zyban.

Thank you Barbara. That is the correct spelling of that drug. For the life of me I could not spell it right.

Unless you have ADD (Which I don't),
WELLBUTRIN DOESN'T DO SHIET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was prescribed to me as a tamer substitute for Dexadrine (which that tubbo shrink wouldn't give me), and it did nothing I was told it was "supposed to do"
