Halloween in Nor Cal
hey nor cal GC'ers,

What time do they close the streets in Chico for Halloween? Would it be safe to leave early Friday morning/afternoon or better to leave the Thursday before?

Also, if someone can PM me where Greek Row is (street names) that would be great!
