I could be snarky and say join a real one. In order to have your own forum on GC, you should PM John. It takes a while and you need to have a viable amount of members. I believe Theta Nu Xi is still waiting for a forum.
And this really shouldn't be under Risk Management and Hazing.

And not to be nitpicky, but you had two chances to spell "forum" and you couldn't.
Title of the thread: form
in the thread: fourm.
If you're going to ask for something, you should be a bit more clear
