1. On my campus, Arkansas State University, we have Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Omicron Pi, Chi Omega, Delta Zeta, and Phi Mu. Our fraternities consist of: Alpha Gamma Rho, Pike, Sigma Chi, Sigma Pi, Kappa Alpha, Tau Kappa Epsilon, Lambda Chi Alpha, Alpha Tau Omega.

2. There are possibly over 100 girls in my chapter. We are one of the biggest, if not the biggest sorority on campus.

3. Our biggest rival would probably be Chi Omega, but Greek Unity is a big deal on my campus so most the time we all get along. I have friends in every single sorority and every fraternity.

4. I think that when people see me on my campus and I am wearing my greek letters, that they kinda look at me in a different light. We do intimidate people sometimes, but we really don't mean to. We are known on our campus as the nicest, most ginuine girls with the highest GPA and who volunteer for everything. I love my organization because we have worked so hard to get where we are today. Also, we are the oldest Sorority on my campus having been here since 1948 and the wonderful thing about us is that our chapter has been a chapter on my campus who has just flourished. And I am proud to say that I am a member of the Epsilon Zeta chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta.

5. We associate with just about everyone but a lot of the girls in my chapter have boyfriends who are Pikes and KA's. Pike is our campus brother fraternity because our founders were married. It is so awesome to be a part of that because every year they take us to different places. It's wonderful. However, I must say that I am a Kappa Sigma Sweetheart. My boyfriend goes to Lyon College and I am one of their Sweethearts. It's absolutely wonderful.

1. 16-17 NPC's (DZ & AZD were still on campus), 31-34 NIC's, 8 NPHC's , 1 Local BGLO, 2 Asian, 1 MCGLO, 2 Hispanic.

2. We had about 40 girls in our chapter

3. "Rival" in my day was Gamma Phi Beta. Back in the day it was AXO

4. We were just reorganized, so honestly most people weren't familiar with us.

5. Theta Xi, Lambda Chi, and Beta Theta Pi in that order.

It seemed like everybody. We were probably the most diverse sorority on campus.

It changed a lot- anywhere from 26-65 while I was there... when I left we were in the 40's

3. Do you have any rivals on the campus?
Well it was Phi Mu for forever, but I think it is kind of becoming Sigma Kappa from what I have heard. They are the only two chaters that COB- but they still have some past beef with Phi Mu (namely having Doughnuts put in our yard).

4. How do you think that people see you on your campus?
We are seen in a lot of manners- some of the sororities don't like us because we are smaller and they feel like we are the "leftovers" but most of them are very encouraging. I heard a lot of "I wish we had your sisterhood, and were as close as you all" while I was there. The fraternities like us because we are laid back, down to earth, honest girls.

5. Who do yall mostly associate with?
We have some Sigma Phi Epsilon little sisters, we had a Phi Delt Theta sweetheart and some Phi Delta Theta little sisters, we hung out with the Lambda Chi Alpha's too. Kappa Sigma came back and a lot of our girls hung out with them, we had girls lavaliered to Farmhouse as well (including me!!). I hear some of the girls hang out with the PIKES as well now- so they are kind of all over. We went to a lot of SAE parties and such, some Sigma Chi parties... about the only houses we didn't hang out at were Delts, Sigma Chi and Sigma Nu. It is weird we don't hang out with Delts because they are right across the street from us, but they were in trouble with the school a lot. Sigma Nu, well that is another story and Sigma Chi went from being really active on campus to being non existant- they never did anything.

The older girls have a different reputation than the younger girls. Our younger newer girls are seen as the pretty girl's next door who are sweet and fun to hang with

We have 10 active--total on our campus is 45 (no chapters here currently have total) and the average is around 20 girls per chapter.

We compete with AOPi and Alpha Phi for girls. Things happen to make it seem like there's a rivalry between us and AOPi (we think they dumped chocolate sauce and whipped cream all over our porch) but no one knows why they'd have something against us...

4. How do you think that people see you on your campus?
I've heard many things... that we're pretty and smart but very stuck-up, that we're the smallest house on campus but also the prettiest and our girls are fun, that 'you fool around with a(n) ____ but you marry an Alpha Gam'

5. Who do you mostly associate with?
We live next door to the Betas, so we know them pretty well, we also know the Sigma Nus and the DUs. We're starting know other houses better, like DKE and ADPhi and Fiji.

Lafayette College (from 1997-2001):

2. How many people are in your chapter?

When I joined, there were 14 active sisters. When I left, there were about 36. I think there are about 33 right now (our website is down right now or I would get an exact number). Total is 75.

3. Do you have any rivals on the campus?

I'm going to be Panhellenic and decline to answer this question. Recruitment has been pretty cutthroat over the past couple of years, so pretty much everyone competes for girls.

4. How do you think that people see you on your campus?

Hmmm...this varies. We were usually seen as one of the small chapters, which is true. I heard a number of untrue rumors just because we're small and people don't really know any of us. Once people get to know us, they usually think we're normal and easygoing--not the stereotypical sorority girls.

5. Who do yall mostly associate with?

I was (actually, I guess I technically still am) a Theta Chi sweetheart, and a lot of us hung out with them. We also used to hang out with the Phi Psi's a lot. I'm not sure who the girls hang out with now.

When I joined it was Delta Zeta

We were "Switzerland"...most people liked us, but we used to have a bunch of socials with the Delt Sigs.

To compare how things have changed! In 1984-87, it was like this:

1. Sororities: AGD, Alpha Xi Delta, Tri-Sigma, Sigma Kappa, Sigma Nu Phi (local).. my junior or senior year, the Lambda Chi Crescents became a local and eventually became AST. I seem to remember ZTA colonizing too, I think from the TKE lil sis group, but I'm not sure.
Fraternities: Lambda Chi Alpha, Tau Kappa Epsilon, Delta Sigma Phi, Phi Sigma Epsilon/Kappa (They were Epsilon and merged with Kappa's while I was in school), Theta Chi and Arm of Honor(local)

2. During my 4 years, we went from 15 members to around 40

3. Our rivals were Tri Sigma

4. We were the "nice girls"

5. The first year, we were all dating TKEs so we hung out with them, then it became the Lambda Chi's.. At least 4 of us married Lambda Chi's.

Sororities: Only Alpha Gam & one local (later to become Theta)
Fraternities: Zeta Beta Tau, Kappa Sigma & Chi Phi (UTD now has SAE as well)
2. How many people were in your chapter?
Around 50
3. Did you have any rivals on the campus?
No rivals. If we had one I guess it would have been the local. But we didn't have much interaction with them.
4. How do you think that people saw you on your campus?
We were fun and nice. There were some truly awesome girls in our group.
5. Who did yall mostly associate with?
Really all three, the campus was small. ZBT, Kappa Sigma & Chi Phi
