NCAAF Separation Saturday
Here are some predictions:
(2)Miami vs. (5)FSU
Miami has been playing overconfident lately, winning close games with teams that have far less talent. Finally, they'll face a team that has talent of a similar caliber. The fraud will be exposed. FSU wins.
(1)Oklahoma vs. (11)Texas
After watching the TX/KSU game the other day, you'd be quick to call Texas' offensive line... offensive. This and just about every other matchup are hugely in the Sooner's favor. To add injury to insult, Texas QB, Vincent Young will be playing (if he plays) on a sprained ankle leaving the oft-sacked, former starter Chance Mock to take a beating from the Sooner D. OU wins this one big and goes 4-0 in the last 4 years vs. Texas.
(3)Ohio State vs. (23)Wisconsin
The Buckeyes luck should run out here. Wisconsin is the first team with any major offensive power that the Buckeyes have faced this year. Krentzel's health is doubtful and without Muarice Clarrett, they simply don't have enough in the way of offensive weapons. Wisconsin gets the upset.
(8)Georgia vs. (13)Tennessee
Georgia has shown that it can play both defense AND offense. It also has a running game. On the other hand, they'll be playing at Tennessee. If Tennessee can figure out a way to run the ball better than they did against Auburn (amassing an amazing 4 yards), they could pull this one out. Tennessee has always been a tough place for a visiting team to play. This one could really go either way. I think Georgia is the better team, but somehow, I think Tennessee will find a way to win this one.
Okay, there are my predictions for a few major games.. discuss..
Where I'll be this weekend...

Because of all the matchups of undefeateds. This is the week where you see those with real hope of going to a BCS or NC game emerge.

alright, my 2 cents.....
(1.) agree...Doak Campbell is becoming a VERY tough place to play again.
(2.) agree...Texass will be exposed again by a more physical team.
(3.) agree...just what ohio st. doesn't want, a team with firepower.
(4.) nope, I think Georgia has this one. With the players back they need and Tennessee not playing well still, could be tough. Unless Tennessee wakes up after last week's demolishing.
Also, one more game....The Under the Radar Game of the Week...
Arkansas vs. Auburn.....Could be the best one of the weekend. These are two very evenly matched teams, almost mirror images. Could decide who wins the SEC this year. After Arkansas played it's worst game mentally in probably the last few years and getting the bye week to get healthy and focus, it could be a long day for Auburn in Fayetteville though. I'd say Arkansas wins again.

yay, I'm glad someone remembering this game I'm with you, I think these are evenly matched teams, but Arkansas will pull this one out. It depends though whether the critics pick AU to win or not. Auburn plays wonderfully when they are the underdogs I like to leave the Dallas area when its Texas OU weekend and this year I get to see my Tiger's play! yay!

Agree on Oklahoma/Texas.
Not so sure about Ohio State. While the arguments appear sound, as I've said before, even last year OSU has played just hard enough to win -- and no more. I'm not sure enough about that to argue very strenously, though.

FSU- Gore being out hurts Miami
Oklahoma- Certainly deserving of the #1 spot
Ohio St- Just like last year they will find a way
Tennessee- This one could go either way though

The same is true for Wisconsin -- so it'll be a battle between two teams that only play hard enough to win. That's why we lost to UNLV -- we underestimated how difficult it would be to beat them. I think the opposite may happen here: Ohio State will underestimate how difficult it will be to beat us, and if we come out tougher than they expected, it might be difficult for them to come back. But that's an "if."
I wouldn't be surprised at either outcome for this game. I just wish I had tickets!

You could be right, but if I'd had as many scares as Ohio State, I wouldn't underestimate anyone.
