bowl of quick oatmeal w/ a packet of splenda and some cinnamon, and 2 big mugs of black, unsweetened coffee (the good kind from expensive beans)

Sometimes I also have an apple.

I'm not a breakfast eater. I had a big mug of bavarian chocolate coffee made from coffee I bought at The Big Bean (my local coffee house), skim milk and one Sweet-n-Low.

Pancakes and bacon, with some ruby-red grapefruit juice to wash it down.

My trainer wasn't too happy to hear.

I just finished "breakfast" (I know, it's 4:30pm, but I'm working 4-midnight this week and got up at 1:30p). I had a chicken breast and bacon sandwich on French bread with let, tom, x-mayo, and chips!!! Oh, and tea! YUMM!

GOTTA LOVE PANERA!!!
