Question the cost

I heard that you have to pay money in order to be in a sorority. Is this true?

Cool

Joining a fraternity or sorority cost money, that's why everyone out there likes to make comments like "buying your friends." It's just a fact of life that money keeps a business running, even the non-profit ones. Membership dues, initiation fees, and misc. expenses are a small part of the experience, so don't get all hung up about it. It's really nothing at least compared to your tuition bill
